Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to prescribe basic matters such as rights, obligations, responsibilities, and service use between the company and users in using the SNS platform "VLUM" (hereinafter referred to as the "service") operated by Loihi Technology Pte Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "company").

If the user does not agree to the terms of use after reading the terms of use in detail, he/she shall not agree to the terms of use and shall not register with or use the service.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" means all services of "VLUM" provided by the company.
  2. The term "user" refers to members and non-members who access the company's services and use the services provided by the company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. The term "member" refers to an individual or organization (company, association, etc.) that has signed a service use contract with the company.
  4. The term "nickname" refers to a string selected by a member and approved by the company for member identification and member service use.
  5. “Creator” refers to experts and content creators in various fields active in VLUM, and users who work through the company's approval.
  6. “ID” refers to an e-mail ID selected by a member and approved by the company for the identification and service use of a member.
  7. The term "password" means a combination of letters and numbers set by the member himself/herself to confirm that he/she is a member that matches the ID (email) used by the member and to protect the member's password.
  8. "Heart" is a digital currency used by users to purchase access to use the service, and is divided into charging hearts and event hearts. Charging hearts are digital currency purchased by users using payment methods, and event hearts are digital currency provided free of charge to users for promotions, events, and compensation purposes by the company.
  9. "Content" means all information (posts) such as videos, images, and texts produced by the company, uploaded by members, or provided by affiliates.
  10. The term "store" means a function in which a creator uploads tangible or intangible content within a service and allows a member to purchase the goods from the company.
  11. Among the services, "paid service" is a service that members can use after purchasing for a fee through the payment method provided by the company, and can pay and use the paid fee specially set in accordance with the company's policy.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
